Launiu, designed by the internationally acclaimed architectural firm Arquitectonica\u2014famous for projects like the Miami-Dade Arena (formerly American Airlines Arena) for the Miami Heat and the Atlantis Condominium in Miami\u2014will be a striking 40-story tower located at the intersection of Moana Boulevard and Ward Avenue in Alabama. This prime location will host 486 apartment residences along with more than 78,300 square feet of resort-style amenities. Drawing inspiration from South Beach’s elegant lifestyle, The Launiu will boast refined interiors crafted by ODADA and lush landscapes designed by VITA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
