Crucially, the removal of the original floor slabs and curtain walls on the exterior wasn’t just about achieving passive ventilation; it was also about creating a highly visible, naturally ventilated “green garden.”<\/strong> This lush, open space is now clearly visible from both the bustling street level and the elevated sky bridge, immediately signaling the building’s renewed purpose and commitment to green living. This vibrant garden area also serves as the primary food and beverage anchor<\/strong> for the entire building, drawing visitors in with its inviting, open-air atmosphere. (It’s worth noting that the distinct retail branding for Louis Vuitton was seamlessly integrated by the tenant, adding a touch of global luxury to the redeveloped space.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, a third internal volume was ingeniously carved out to house a series of escalators, strategically connecting the e-commerce retail zones with the lively food court, ensuring seamless circulation for visitors exploring all the new offerings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
